She talks about being fulfilled through God, rather then going to other fleshly desires, like alcohol, Internet, cigarettes, friends, anything that can be be good or bad, but ultimately it is not truly fulfilling. If you are upset at someone, rather then venting to a friend you should go to God with it. I had that happen once while this Bible study was going on and I prayed sooo hard about.
